Aurora Jewell, ARNP

Aurora Jewell has been my primary care person for about 3 years. She is awesome, so easy to talk to, she listens to what you have to say and doesn't act like she has to rush to see the next patient. If I have an issue that she can't help me with she refers me to someone who can. I don't have anything negative to say about her. She truly is a gem !

I tried for 4yrs with her 0Every Time she Dismissed my Legitimate Concerns after test in Hospital were done and was told Additional testing needed to be done she Didn't order testing. I asked for Cancer testing, Lupus testing and other Imaging from my accidents and she DiDNT even order laughed and said WHAT TESTS. Shows NO concern when it comes to patients Medical care and I am NOT the Only patient I know of More patients she has and is doing this to too. The way she speaks to you is NOT professional it's degrading. Your health is Nothing she should bother with We Don't know our own body. When you say you want Another Provider NOT her she makes it seem like you are the problem and you get a letter saying since you DON'T want her you Can't Come to That Clinic At All even for a DIFFERENT Doctor! She made it where I Had to make Appointment WITH HER ONLY Until October and I Tried switching Doctors there and she made it where I had to switch Clinics to get a New Provider.

Aurora Jewell is wonderful! She is so kind and patient and understanding and non-judgmental. I have a plethora of medical issues and she's helped me feel better than I have in years. She's encouraged me to get the treatments I really need. She is so amazing, I even switched my daughter's PCP to Aurora Jewell because she just makes us feel so comfortable. She always explains everything to the fullest and asks if we understand. She always asks if there's anything else we need before we leave and she is always willing to take extra time when or if we need it. I don't understand what these people are talking about Aurora Jewell being unprofessional and basically trying to say she doesn't care or listen or explain. This could not be farther from the truth and how dare you leave a bad review just because you're upset that you have to see a new physician or have to go in to the office, that is just immature. Please don't let these negative reviews deter you from seeing her, she is wonderful!!

I have sever arthritis and have had both hips replaced. I have had Permanent disabled parking because of this for 5years. Time to renew and this money grubber made me come down to the office ($40 out of my pocket) & God only knows how much they are soaking my insurance for, only so she could ask me 4 questions & tell me I don't qualify. My REAL Dr. didn't think so. Providers like this are part of the reason Healthcare costs are out of control.

Ms. Jewell was assigned to my family and I cause our current physician left to Urgent Care and she was extremely unprofessional and excused me of things which lead me to break down and cry. I don't know if she was over whelmed but this appointment was one to forget. I've never been treated like this in my life. Instead understanding the facts, she points fingers at her clients for their own mistakes. I hope she gets her act straightened out. Her assistant was not friendly as well. Not happy
