Austin was so incredible! He tried his best to take care of me when gets a chance. There only so much you can do at a very busy place and while waiting for test results when typically you would wait at least few days to a week. I cried little and he showed empathy, called me the next day to check up on me. So sweet and might I add handsome

He was condescending, patronizing, and lacked good bedside manner as well. He seemed timid and naive'. His office manager accused us of not "participating in the process", of which we were. It was very upsetting being blindsided like that. This clinic has been hiring people with attitudes and drama especially in their labs the last few years. His ego was more important than the patient care he was supposed to do.
