Auston Ellis

Auston is an incredible therapist. I spent years hopping from therapist to therapist, and never felt like I got much from my sessions. I figured that it was most likely my own self that was resisting actual change. However, within the first few weeks of meeting with Auston I can say I felt like real, tangible progress was being made. I have now been meeting with Auston for almost a year, and I feel like my life is more stable and myself more mindful than ever before. He is a very easy person to talk to, it is like visiting a close friend, but the air of professionality is never lost. He is an excellent listener, very sharp thinker, and incredible communicator. I believe he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, from having a solid understanding of the neuroscience, to having a deep attunement to the human experience, and so much knowledge in-between.
