When everybody else gave up on me, this beautiful doctor gave me hope. I was told NO from every transplant doctor in Tampa Bay but she was confident I could receive kidney transplant regardless of my age. Here I am now, about to be 85 in January and I can proudly say that I too, am a kidney transplant recipient. She saved my life!!!! I thank her from the bottom of my heart and will forever be grateful!!!!

Dr. Hozo is such an excellent doctor that I had to take a few minutes out of my day to praise her for being such a brilliant doctor and such a genuine and caring individual. She saw me on Tuesday when her team had close to 50 patients scheduled for that afternoon. Even though they were so extremely busy, she took time to get needed answers and personally called my wife and my outside doctor because I didn't remember my medications. It's a joy to go and see her every 3 months. She's the best!
