Azure Zeigler, ARNP

I absolutely love azure! She was my pcp for a while and then I went to a new one in Greeley who I didn’t get along with well, so I decided that the 40 minute drive was well worth it to get such amazing care. She saw me one time and figured out exactly what was wrong with me, which I have been dealing with for a year and my other pcp didn’t even take the time to help, just referrals to other places. Azure took the time to hear me, review my records, and realized all my issues are related to acid reflux. I literally was on my way to a pulmonologist when she told me there’s no need. I will never again see another provider!! I trust her with my life and on top of it, she is so friendly, you can talk to her about anything, she truly cares about her patients and that is so rare to find these days. I give her 10 stars and highly recommend her. Thank you Azure for all you do

We always have a easy-going fun visit with Azure My husband and I have both been seeing her for years. She is easy to talk to about any situation.
