A total joke. Waited 2 months to get an appt, but had something come up and canceled with a week notice. I had to wait another month for my next appointment which was scheduled on a Monday (4/26). They called me 2x Friday (4/23) and I couldn't answer my phone. I showed up for my appt today (4/26) and the incompetent receptionist told me that they called 2x Friday (last one at 3:39p) and then canceled it to give it to somebody else (she said at 3:41) and that it was normal procedure. She was very rude and told me that I should've returned the call Thursday night even if I couldn't answer during the day. I asked her how do I return a call I haven't received yet as she had called Friday not Thursday and I asked her how me calling after would have helped if they immediately filled my spot. she had no answer for either of these questions. I've never heard of a place canceling an appointment because you couldn't pick up the phone and confirm. Extremely unprofessional office and receptionist.

I was discharged from practice for canceled appointments. I understand there are rules that have to be followed. It's how I was treated by her while I was there. She treated me horrible. So much so, that I literally stood up and abruptly left...crying. I went there for help feeling horrible about my life and left feeling worse. I just hope that this doesn't happen to someone else who will do something bad to themselves when they leave. Compassion goes a long way. She should find some.

I was told that I could not bring my 12 week old baby with me to my appointment. When I asked why, the receptionist said it was because appointments are personal, and the baby could retain information. What a joke.
