We needed a structure setting in which to verbalize issues hoping for her to take the lead and actually ask questions etc. Our family dynamics at the point needed that. What she did was pretty much let us scream, talk and cry with her input being the occasional dial it down your to loud and dont call your mom crazy and you mom let it go. 2 hours we were there with no resolve nor true help. We could of done this at our own table! like we have tried in the past. VERY disappointing!!!!!!
