I moved out of town and asked for a refill of meds until I established care in my new state. I was told I was not compliant with medications so she would not refill. She mentioned a medication that she prescribed but told me not to take unless one of the other medications were not working well for me. I told her during a visit the medication was working so I had not started the other med but if I skipped a dose 1 day I would get bad anxiety and had full blown anxiety attacks. I never told her I completely stopped my meds just if I didn’t take it on schedule or miss a day. The secretary called to let me know she wouldn’t refill my meds. She was very short, to the point with no other explanation. Outside of this situation I think she was ok, I’ve had better with better personable and compassionate attitudes towards me. I’m very upset that she wrote what she wrote without a complete explanation of why I wasn’t taking the meds. She even gave me a later than usual appt why if I was not com

I wasted6+ mos in and out of depression and anxiety with this woman. Ms Reed was not available to leave messages for and when in need of help or prescription questions her colleague would have the secretary return my call and change my medication (6 times) I only spoke with secretaries until my next appointment which were very difficult to schuldule due to Ms Reed only working 2 days/week. She showed little compassion, new ideas or reassurance during times of my deep depression and anxiety.

I have major depressive disorder and for that reason have had a hard time focusing. She ignored my depression and gave me meds for ADHD instead. Also, she debated politics with me out of nowhere and I had to steer the conversation back into a professional one. Lastly, I asked her questions about my medications and she didn't know anything about them. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a clinician. So unprofessional, uncaring, and not knowledgable of her specialty.
