I honestly don't understand the low star reviews. I saw N.P. Woods (NPs really should have a "doctor"-like title) two or three times for some serous issues I have with ADHD. Each time, I found her attentive and knowledgeable, and I was impressed at the amount of time she spent. She was very up front about insurance issues (as of mid-2018, she doesn't take it, and it's up to the patient to call their own insurance provider and find out what they'll reimburse). The only thing I would ding her on was her responsiveness to phone messages, which was a bit slow but not unmanageable.

In my opinion, Ms. Woods was more concerned with checking boxes than listening to her patients. If anything I left more depressed than I came in
