Never used cognitive behavior therapy or DBT when I saw her for several years.

Very well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I found her very helpful, and when she felt I needed more psychodymamic work, she referred me out with care. Overall a good experience, and I was impressed that she did not have the usual bias of Behavioral vs. Psychodynamic work instead leading the client where they need to be.
