Although I had no problems with Dr. Ingram, I have had countless problems with his office staff. On 2 occasions, my new lenses were not even ordered, though they should have been, until I called to see if they had come in yet. Very unprofessional. Also, I was never able to use the groupon, which was the only reason that I went there in the first place, for even the value I paid for it. It was my fault for not reading the fine print, but the staff said that the money went to Groupon, not to them.
