Dr. Benjamin Riley, PSY

Ben Riley is/was also a counselor at Safe Harbor Behavioral health. He gave me false information regarding services that were available to me. I was told, as a fact, that if I were to meet certain treatment requirements, I would be able to get significant financial assistance in obtaining new housing. When I contacted the appropriate entity regarding this assistance, I was told that no such program exists at all for anyone in my position. People go to therapy because the world has failed them through lies, false hope, deception, abuse, trauma, and a complete lack of trustworthiness. To have a person who is supposed to be helping give false information as well as false hope is reprehensible. I made a complaint to his employer. They have refused to do anything at all. They said that I "mis(understood) the information presented to me". I understood it perfectly well, it was just entirely false.
