Ben was incredibly helpful with my anxiety and sleep issues. We did both neurofeedback and talk therapy. I would definitely recommend him and his practice.

I've been seeing Ben for almost 2 years, and I'm so grateful to have found him. He is an amazing therapist. He offers up a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings that I have never been able to articulate to another person. He models appropriate emotional expression and is truly an authentic person. He challenges me to recognize maladaptive thought patterns and welcomes any feedback (negative or positive). Ben helps me embrace my negative emotions and in the process, be kinder to myself

Just under a year of therapy with him damaged me. He skips the foundation building on the relationship and jumps to very intense stuff, deliberately pushing client past their limits emotionally to bring "catharsis". No response to urgent communications. Despite lip service to the idea, he is unable to meaningfully consider his actions and how they affect clients--hides his defensiveness in condescension and deflection. Was dismissive of attempts on my part to get closure on the relationship.
