Had a rock lodged in my neck next my cirodid artery and 3rd degree burns on my back from a heating pad malfunction. Dr.Bob my vet sent me to the emergency room. Berna referred me to a orthopedic specialist? Denied me healthcare. No silvadene cream? No burn care!Incompetent lady.

My appointments with Berna have always been perfect in every way. I moved from Minnesota about 2 and a half years ago to Hot Springs Village after having a really good relationship with my Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota for numerous years. Needless to say I did not expect to replicate the same close relationship I shared with my past Nurse Practitioner here. Berna has a wonderful personality where she listens closely, addresses all your concerns and explains all information in a way that all can understand. Could not ask for more and am thankful that I found this office and Berna!

Berna Smedley, APN has provided healthcare for my husband and myself since the Clinic opened. Her concern and overall dedication to her patients is top notch. Both the support and nursing staff there at the Clinic are great. Have no complaints.

Berna and her staff are thoughtful, caring and sensitive to all issues brought up. She has gone out of her way to be thorough with every visit I have had. Both my husband and me appreciate her good nature and listening ability.
