She knows how CBT and the process for dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. she is personable and sociable. However, I found her to be impatient, and bias to her own previous issues with anxiety. There is a difference in tough love and making a client feel they aren't doing well. She dropped me since I was not doing well, telling me I was not ready for therapy when I felt stuck and scared. She never called me or followed up after that. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Bernadette is incredibly responsive and available. She's empathetic, easy to talk to and very patient. She's taught me a lot about myself and the people around me. She explains and clarifies in ways that I can understand. I can never stop thanking her for all she has done for me. I would recommend her to anybody .

She is a very warm and caring therapist who can personally relate to those with panic and anxiety. I would highly recommend her as she has helped me immensely.
