Dr. Besty Jacob is an excellent and dependable Optometrist. His staff was very courteous, prompt and accommodating and I was able to get an Appt. at a short notice at my convenience. The hours are great and I didn’t have to wait long, what I also like about his office is that he's up-to-date with state-of the-art equipment. The staff is friendly and attentive and we receive personalized service every visit. His office has always been a place of trust and excellent service. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob for your vision needs. Keep up the great work!!

Dr Best was the angel that saved my husbands eye. My husband had a serious problem in his right eye, that needed an urgent surgery. We did not know any Retina Specialist Doctor, but Dr. Besty referred one and also made a same day appointment . My husband underwent for the retina surgery and at the of the day, we were home and safe. Thanks Dr. Besty, you are the best!

Office is very modern and clean. Dr. Jacob answered all the questions I had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pre-check exam was quick and easy, everything was explained. I've recommend Dr. Jacob to co-workers. I will be back next year for my annual exam.

I have worn glasses as long as I can remember & have seen many optometrists throughout my time in GA, MA, NY and now FL - not all are equal. Dr. Jacob has no peers and it’s because of 3 things. (1) He cares about his patients and genuinely makes the effort to both optimize your care and create an enjoyable process. (2) While many optometrists are “penny wise & pound foolish” in using outdated equipment for a higher short-term ROIC, Dr. Jacob is building for the long-term with no shortcuts around investing in the latest equipment. This isn’t for aesthetics. It’s to optimize his analysis, your time/comfort and make sure nothing is missed in a field where “minor misses” can mean “too late” with a detached retina, eroding tissues or worse. (3) He’s delivering valuable care, not a billing scheme. Too often, patients can be stuck with unfair bills bc of misaligned incentives and asymmetric information between docs and patients. Dr. Jacob is recommending what you need and nothing frivolous.

Dr. Jacob has been my Optometrist for 5 years. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable in his field. He will be honest about your needs and will take his time explaining everything to you.....he also speaks Spanish.
