This woman traumatized me at 16. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced and still can’t forget it. Don’t send your daughters to her, especially if they have ever been abused

Appointment was very rushed. Seemed annoyed I asked questions. Exam was rough and felt like she was trying to be done as quickly as possible.

I was a patient of Beth’s for 5 years. As long as I’ve been in her care, she’s known I struggled with heavy painful periods and off-cycle pain/bleeding. You’d think as a women’s specialist she would consider that a women’s issue may be at foot, but instead told me “You should consider that your boyfriend may be sleeping with other people because these sound like the symptoms of an STI.” I have never felt so disrespected and unheard by a practitioner. She made it seem like I was stupid for asking for an ultrasound and told me to continue down the line of other treatment options (pelvic floor PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, medical marijuana, etc) I FOUND WITH NO HELP OR RECOMMENDATION from Beth, should the ultrasound come back negative. After five months, constant level 6-8 daily pain, and several thousands of dollars in treatments, my PT suggested it may be endometriosis. I saw an MD at CC OB/GYN, and I had the endo Beth made me feel crazy for thinking I had surgically removed yesterday

I would give this woman 0 stars if I could. She was very dismissive of me and made snide comments regarding my age, my birth control choices, and my supposed naïveté about the sexual history of my husband (who I have been with for nearly 12 years). I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life. I was already thinking about changing practices and she certainly made that decision easier for me.

Words can't describe how awful this visit was, I honestly can't believe it even happened. I have never felt compelled to write a review for a doctor but PLEASE do not see her! I had some very serious concerns that she completely dismissed & not gently, she actually said "yeah, yeah, yeah" and waved her hand at me! I've never been treated this way by a regular person much less my DOCTOR! She refused to order basic blood tests or even look at the areas on my body I was concerned about. All she wanted to talk about was my weight (which was part of the reason I was there) but made it very obvious she thought I was disgusting by the actual stank face she had when looking at me. She was callous and cold and the whole appointment took less than 10 minutes! After I left, I cried for about an hour, she actually set off a panic episode it was so terrible. Even worse, now I am left without answers about serious medical concerns. I will be leaving the practice & I encourage others to do so.

I couldn't get in to see my regular provider unless I waited a month, so I was given an appointment with Beth Carney. It was terrible. It was my first prenatal provider visit. She was dismissive of my questions, and when I asked her if she'd like to see my prenatal vitamins (I had brought them) she waived her hand at me, and said "as long as (I'd) purchased them in the US they were probably fine." She told me my weight was fine, and that she'd tell if it weren't because "it's my job to make sure you're healthy, not to be your friend." I love my regular provider with this practice, but I never want to see this woman again. She was callous and dismissive, and rushed through my appointment like I was holding her up from something. She also gave me quite a bit of advice that was contradicted by my research into APA and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists guidance. I left feeling like it was a wasted appointment since I didn't trust her or her guidance.

I wish i couldn’t leave any stars!!! Cause she’s not even deserving of that. Absolute worst experience of my life!! I’m almost 40 and I have been to enough doctors in my lifetime and i have never wanted to smack a person as bad As I wanted to smack her! She was absolutely rude. She was more interested in my personal life than my health. The appt took less than 10 mins. First time i ever saw her!!! Oh and she looked me dead in my face and said I can tell by the way you look you don’t eat healthy!!! You don’t know me!!!! I have never left an appointment in tears!!! I called immediately the front desk and told them how my visit was and they were more than helpful to direct me on who I could complain too!!! The practice is clean the front desk staff is amazing but if I can’t see someone else I won’t be back!! This is the first time I have ever left a review on a doctor! I will make sure that Wherever i can leave a review I will!! No one deserves to go thru what I did today

I questioned Beth about what hormone causes night sweats during my cycle and she said rudely “how am I supposed to know?” Sorry for assuming you were a knowledgeable professional! Really an ignorant and rude woman.

Do notttt go to Beth Carney. I have never written a review in my life. But I had to share how very bad my experience was in hopes that others won’t have to feel the way I did after leaving my appt. Not one time did she ask how I was feeling, she rushed through my appt like the building was on fire, snapping back abrupt answers as if my questions were inconveniencing her. She is not only rude, but hostile, condescending, and unprofessional. Shocking that she is employed

I found Beth to be extremely caring, understanding, and helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and answer my questions. Even gave me a hug at the end of my visit because she knew I needed it. I found her to be very knowledgeable and felt like she truly cared about me, and did not feel like just a number as I have with other healthcare professionals. I have come across my share of condescending ones and she is the opposite. She was a wonderful practitioner and highly recommended!

This woman was the worst healthcare provider I have ever had the misfortune to see. She was condescending and dismissive of my concerns. She told me that, despite several positive pregnancy tests, I was not and never had been pregnant. I insisted on a blood test and it turns out, I was in the process of miscarrying. But she didn’t tell me that; one of the office staff did. She didn’t even bother to speak with me after it had been proven that she was wrong. I will never be back to this office.

She rushes through the patient history and doesn’t pay attention to your questions or concerns. She is very dismissive and rude. Rough exam. So glad that she can not deliver babies.

I saw Beth for my first pregnancy appointment. Now, most newly first time pregnant women would like a sympathetic, kind, knowledgeable healthcare provider. Beth was rude, made me feel like my questions were stupid, and literally said "now I know you think your pregnancy is special, and I'm sure it is, but women have babies everyday", in the most sarcastic tone. In her field, she should be willing to deal with anxious patients, and she most certainly was not.

Beth Carney was very rude and did not listen to any of my concerns or answer my questions with the necessary information I was asking for. I went in for my first ever appointment to the OBGYN, and she was not gentle and did not explain anything she was doing, and she tried to prove a point to me by being rough with my exam. I asked her for a birth control consultation and she did not give me any information on different options, and she did not provide FDA drug fact sheets for any of them.

I find Beth's bedside manner to be rude and unhelpful. She rushes through appointments and asks if you have any questions, but then snaps back answers. For a women's health expert she seems completely uninterested in women's hormonal changes as they move into menopause, which seems counter-intuitive in her profession. She was completely useless in helping me through a medical concern, and then questioned the validity of the cure which came with no help from her. I would not recommend her.

Beth has no common sense when it comes to her recommendations. Seems as though she is trying to get more co-payments for unnecessary appointments.
