Dr. Beth Kozak, DC

A year ago this month, I was in the worst pain of my life. I couldn’t walk and told another doctor that it felt like my spine wasn’t mine, like someone else’s spine was being crammed in my back and was twisting. When I saw Dr Beth and she took x rays I finally saw what I knew was happening. My spine was twisting and the vertebrae were also rotating, pinching nerves. Dr Beth and her staff first got me out of pain, with adjustments and therapies. She then spend a great deal of time going over my history and gave a very in depth understanding of spine health. My 3 kids began to see Dr Beth bc we suspected their migraines, poor sleep, neck pain from storing stress, and horribly bad posture needed help. Bc of the X-rays we saw kyphosis, military neck, pelvic rotation, slight scoliosis etc all of which was blind to us but now we have that knowledge she can do adjustments and homework at home to correct these issues. What a blessing it has been to be taken care of by Dr Beth at Namaste!

Dr Beth Kozak is an immensely competent professional who I am happy to refer to all of my friends and family who are having back and joint issues. She is kind, gentle and amazingly effective. She runs a very efficient office with little or no waiting. She and her staff are extraordinarily friendly and caring. She is the best chiropractic doctor I have ever had. Can't get any better!
