Changing my life
The combination of Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer is just what I needed to make big changes in my functional strength and flexibility. Beth goes above and beyond to work with my schedule and capture workouts in a manner that helps me recall proper form and technique. I am 52 years old, and she has helped me correct some imbalance and improved my overall ability to continue to do the work and hobbies that I enjoy. Highly recommend.
