Dr. Betsy Davis, PHD

She was my psychologist for close to 4.6 years. I had a TBI and had severe issues as a result of a head injury. She terminated our relationship on a Friday by phone. She said she was too I’ll to see me anymore as a patient after seeing me for 4.6 years 1-2 times weekly. Well she continues to work so it was me she wanted terminated After terminating me she never provided any referrals to other qualified psychologists which was part of her responsibility. I am seeing a new clinical psychologist and now understand that her terminating me was the best thing for me. The new psychologist tells me she doesn’t terminate patients until the patient feels they have completed the need for therapy.

I just spoke to her once by phone. She had not even basic manners. I knew immediately that I did not want to be her client.

Completely avoid this person. I contemplated filing a complaint with psychology board. This person did not detect I was delusional while seeing her and diagnosed me totally inappropriately. Two successive psychiatrists diagnosed me with a severe psychiatric condition this person completely missed.

Dr. Davis is very professional. She is an expertise in her field and she really made me feel comfortable. The issues that I went to see Dr. Davis were handled in a professional setting. The individual attention I received from this provider from the beginning made me feel like I was the important person here.... I feel that I am on a positive road to recovery....
