Overall has been responsive and helpful. However, since advent of computerized patient records access, I learned of significant errors in the diagnostic coding entries which, I later learned, cannot be corrected. The records now show (at least) one misdiagnosis. Also came to understand that the provider did not enter notes concurrent with the visit, thus forgetting details of the appointment. Several episodes of misplaced current med lists.
