I had a very thorough visit Betty, she took her time to listen to me, ask pertinent questions and came up with appropriate next steps for me to take.

Took time to review available options and explained pros and cons of each. My input was requested and incorporated in the path forward. This collaborative approach is rare in my experience with medical professionals, so I consider myself fortunate to have Ms McAuliffe involved in my medical care.

She listened to my concerns.

She doesnt listen. She is focused only on whats in the box. She does not listen to patient concerns. She actually huffed and puffed and threw her pen down on the table when iIchallenged her with several questions. She is rude, self centered, arrogant but in the dark about many medical issues. Do not confront her with knowledge she wont listen. How she got this far and such other good ratings is beyond me. Maybe its time for a complaint on her license and even a Patient Office Medical Bills of Rights to deter this behavior in Dr offices. DO NOT SEE HER YOULL BE SORRY!

I've been treated by Betty Jo since my cardiac event in 2001. Always takes time to explain my condition and treatment in terms I understsnd.

I came in for a follow up visit after going to the emergency room for a racing heartbeat. She gave me important information about my health issue, things to avoid and how to distinguish a real emergency . She explained medication and what choices are best for elderly patients. All of my husband and my questions were answered with patience and consideration. She is a wonderful doctor who is caring and informative, helping patients to have the best outcomes. She scheduled additional testing to make sure there are no other health issues contributing to the a fib.
