Very attentive to my needs as well as my child. She was very compassionate and easy to talk to. She did not make the experience feel clinical or uncomfortable, but it always feels like we're just having a conversation with a trusted aunt. She has helped us sort out many family issues to the point that we requested individual sessions too. She even checks in when she has not heard from us and worked with us to get the most out of our insurance. We feel cared for each time we visit and I highly recommend. Her flexibility with virtual options are a plus too. My only suggestion would be to make the in-person environment cozier.

Influence all the wrong thing and will attempt to turn caregiver away from family to try to better suit the caregiver need and not the child. I do not recommend at all!!!
