Dear patient, Dr. V dismissed each of my health concerns that I discussed in my visit. She shut down the conversation, everything I brought up with her was a dead end. I did not ask for any medications- I went looking for information, resources and guidance. I left with nothing but frustration. The waiting room took forever and I was rushed through the appointment. It was the last time I will ever go there. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews, I wish I would have!Sincerely, a person who never writes reviews

The office staff is outstanding! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The Dr is very thoroughly and has been the best doctor I have ever had. But, the office staff are angels. Their patience and persistence in understanding and helping patients makes them worth their weight in gold ??

I never do reviews, however I will in this case. I just rec'd billing from this doctor, to my insurance for $150. They denied payment. This office has been paid already but I no longer go here nor have insurance. It was from Jan 2017. Also be aware that the doctors you see are only nurse practitioners who don't know much. I suggest that no one be examined in the rooms without one of the front desk gals being there.

Front girls are very lazy, they do nothing but talk. They always lose your test results and don't even care about you. The front girls are very rude and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

The front office girls are so rude and unprofessional, will not be going back. The doctors are young and very inexperienced, this place is just a stepping stone for them, a place to correct their mistakes.

Dr. Vee no longer sees patients, nurse practitioners are the ones who see the patients a lot of the times they look like they are just as clueless as us who go get help and answers. The front desk girls specially Marlena are very rude!!! Idk if it's the way she speaks but talks as if she runs things and is waaaay above people takes them forever to referrals, they open at 9 and the girls decide to get there by 9:20-30 as if it was nothing.

The front is so disorganized! I have called for My referral for a week now and they keep saying call tomorrow it will be ready, than have an excuse as to why it is not! They send their calls to an answering system so you can't get ahold of them and if you do get an apt you wait days to be seen than wait time is usually over an hour even with an apt time!

Dr. Veyuvegula is no longer seeing patients and will be seen by Nurse Practitioner Jason Torres. He is knowledgeable and spends time to listen to your concerns. However, the front office girls work as slow as molasses. The girls Do NOT respond back to patients honestly and you are kept on phone waiting forever or forgotten on the other line.

he is nice. My experience was okay. Even with the schedule appointment, I waited for 45 minutes. See the doctor for 5 minutes. Went there to have a general checkup and ask my shoulder problem. They gave me places to get xray and blood test. After a week, I called to ask for the result. Staff told me to call back for their computer doesn't work but my result is there. I called back and ask if I can check the result. She answered, we will call you if there are abnormalities I can't see my tests.

Next to impossible to get an appointment then once you get it you have to wait 2-3 hours. Doesn't listen to your needs and prescribes unecessary medications.
