Telehealth

she is probably the most patient provider I have met, telehealth has its challenges but she answered all of my questions and helped me understand about what was going on with my health. She didn't want me to be charged for an appointment so she messaged me in advance to re-schedule my appointment, which was very nice of her!

Wonderful provider

Telehealth

NP Bhupinder was so caring and polite, she provided me with excellent care and gave me full instructions regarding my health. She really took the time to explain everything, and had great patience for all my questions. She is wonderful!

Missed three telehealth appointments in a row.

Telehealth

Don't bother wasting your time because she will waste yours. One of the appointments was canceled 50 mins before telehealth meeting with an 'in-app' message claiming that I had not submitted a document. She had clearly not read my meeting submission notes stating that I had the document on hand. The other two meetings she just did not even join. No explanation, no follow up message. A complete waste of several hours of my time.
