The doctor was nice. She looked in my ear and said it was pink. It was still showing some infection. I will need to go to a special To get the care I need for this particular problem. But she's very good about referring me. So now I am waiting for the referral to go through.

NP's professionalism ( Nair) and knowledge is excellent, much better than a doctor. The follow-up on her recommendations are effective, she covers almost all angles to reach a diagnosis. That makes me her practice. Many doctors should follow her example.

I wouldn't mind seeing her again as the appointment was informative and efficient. However, I do like feeling like my doctor sees me as a human being and not just the presentation of my symptoms. Nevertheless, she offered immediate solutions that are valuable to my health and have helped me improve my symptoms. I can appreciate a lack of empathy when presented effective quality of care.

I was not assessed before orders were placed. She reviewed my chart carelessly and then rudely approached me with incorrect information. I never received any calls regarding results from lab work, x-ray and explanation of new medication prescription. Careless providers will miss important things, and patients deserve better. Use your expertise to do better!
