Dr. Bo and her staff are very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. Pleased with my comprehensive exam with extensive in-house non-invasive testing equipment, covered what usually takes a follow-on specialty provider. I take comfort knowing pre-screening and issue management is very thorough. My concerns were addressed and options explained in detail. My visit was efficient with time well spent with the cohesive staff. Many lenses can also be done on-site which reduced my wait time from weeks to days. Very happy.

Dr. Bo went above and beyond to find the proper prescription for my newest eyeglasses. Due to a head injury (TBI) while in the military, I have a paralyzed muscle in my left eye that causes double vision. The only way to correct this is with prisms in my glasses. Well, since I had cataract surgery in both eyes my old glasses no longer fit, so I went to Dr Bo and she fitted me with new glasses. Unfortunately, due to the unique muscular problems with my eyes, the new glasses didn’t fit. She re-examined me, called the optometrist that I’ve used for the last 19 years and called Pearle Vision, got all of my previous prescriptions for the last 19 years and came up with a prescription that is a good fit. I got my new glasses today and could not be more pleased with the quality of the frames and lenses. Dr. Bo and everyone in her staff have truly gone many extra miles to ensure that I am fitted with the correct glasses and I am truly thankful.
