Horrible experience with Bonnie. Went in for my first visit to confirm pregnancy. Spoke down to me, spoke over me, laughed at the questions I had…. Asked why I didn’t have ectopic pregnancy as a concern (like I need one more item to add to my list of fears!) when asked about foods to avoid (including lunch meat) she said “you can get listeria and the baby could die!” Terrible experience. Horrible bedside manner. Very disappointing that this was my first exposure for a first time pregnant mom, during a pandemic no less. Came home in tears. 10/10 do not recommend.

Unprofessional & abrupt attitude. Towards the end of the appointment she made it seem like I was ‘wasting her time.’ Will not be seeing this provider again.

Could not be happier with Bonnie for my prenatal and annual gyn exams. She is kind and knowledgable and makes you feel at ease and welcome to ask or discuss anything.

One of the poorest experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. Her personality is very abrasive, she interrupts you while you’re talking, and she speaks down to you like you’re a child. I was literally in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I do not recommend seeing her.

Bonnie Graff has been my provider for a few years now, and she is great. She takes the time to explain things, and never makes me feel bad or like I am wasting her time. She is down-to-earth, not cold and clinical. I am a baby about needles and things that might hurt, and she is patient with me about it, even bringing in another person to hold my hand when I was in a panic about my first IUD removal/replacement (my first insertion at another practice five years prior had been terribly painful so I was terrified). I highly recommend this provider.

I was having back cramps at 27 weeks pregnant and saw the first available doctor who happened to be Bonnie. She discounted my pain as being sciatica and told me to stretch everyday. I pushed back and told her this is worse than sciatica, so she prescribed me muscle relaxers. Two days later I was at the hospital in early labor. If she had taken the time to listen to my concerns and hook me up to a fetal monitor, my premature birth may have been avoided. She should put aside her patronizing attitude and pay attention to her patients. Please take caution if you see her!!

I moved to the West Chester area a few years ago and was not excited to find a new ob/gyn. Luckily I found Bonnie and have been going to her for over six years. My annual appointments are usually fairly quick and she's always on time and efficient (I prefer morning appts). She is direct and to the point, but will explain everything in layman's terms. I've had several ups and downs over the years with my health, and she's always put me at ease by making me informed of my options. Highly recommend

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Horrible bedside manner. Seems to think she knows what you are going to say before you say it. She spoke over me and assumed I was only there for birth control script. Did not shut up the whole time about her kids and I did not get the chance to ask questions about my health.

Good for a quick script, not good if you have actual concerns about your health
