Watch out for her. She has no business calling herself a trauma therapist. She is completely irresponsible. She does not know how to help people regulate. She has very limited tools in her therapy toolbelt and will become helpless when you get to your saddest moment. She will turn on you, blame you for the things she did. She cannot do repair or acknowledge when she causes you harm. She will dig up your worst trauma and then tell you she can't help you. She will use outdated techniques like encouraging you to release anger in inappropriate ways, and then when you do, she will tell you you're being inappropriate. She is sneaky - she seems very confident, but it's a thin veneer. She doesn't actually have a strong spine, she will lash out and shut you down if you ask for things to change. She will make you feel worse than you've ever felt before. She should not have a license.
