Dr. Bradley Doolen, OD

Everything step from my exam to getting my new glasses was seamless. Dr. Doolen was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns I had. The staff was so friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment.

Dr. Doolen had his staff are wonderful. Had an emergency yesterday and he saw me quickly. He was so attentive and reassuring. His staff was accommodating, professional and sympathetic. Would absolutely recommend him and his practice. Thank you!

Hey, Dr.Doolen is pretty cool. Seems like a great, well mannered gentleman. His staff is also welcoming, does a great job multitasking & helping out patients with registration, questions & try ons. I was a new patient for him, in network with UHC NJ Family Care...glasses were fashionably up to date - kinda wish they had more though - out with the old in with the new; as they say. Office location was great too..lovely area...office is hidden though, behind a tree lol lool at website to get idea of where it is.

I wished someone had warned me to stay away from the lady, Marlene in that office. Disrespectful is all I'll say!

Terrible! They are scam artists focusing only on making as much money as they can. My husband got his eyes dilated, and the doctor forgot to check them afterwards. My husband had to insist on having them checked. When I asked for prescriptions I got a push back with the lady Marlene saying : don't order online! Lady, it is my patient's right to shop around and order glasses from any place I chose. Even though they measured PD, they insisted I paid additional 25 dollars to be able to get it!!!!

It is always a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Doolen's office. Dr. Doolen is easy to talk to and very thorough. Marlene is an expert at helping you choose the perfect glasses, and always gives you her undivided attention. The office staff is quite competent and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Doolen and Marlene!

Dr. Doolen was great. He is thorough in his examination and explains the various procedures and issues with your eyes. His staff is courteous and knowledgable. Marlene, the Optician, was very helpful and knowledgable in helping me select eyewear and ensure they were customized for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Doolen and his staff.
