It's disheartening when professionals don't provide the level of service and support that is expected. Feeling pressured and obligated to make a purchase is not a pleasant experience, particularly when dealing with a sensitive matter like hearing loss. Bradley was not a good fit for our family and our decision to move forward with hearing aids.
