I went to visit Provider Andrews to address perimenopausal symptoms. She basically said that there was nothing that could be done to alleviate the symptoms I was having and that it's normal for women my age. She didn't touch me, didn't ask about my prior health history (this was 2nd time seeing her; the first being my new patient visit); she basically just dismissed me and sent me on my way. I had to pay $200+ for this visit after insurance only to be left with no answers/solutions.

I’m a healthy person who rarely needs to go to the physicians office. However This provider makes every appointment horrible. She is dismissive and rude. She minimizes any concerns you bring and looks bored and anxious to leave after a few moments. She doesn’t follow up and cancels appointments last minute.

I was referred to this clinic to get help with an IUD replacement and what I considered to be perimenopause symptoms. All started well, she took a brief history asked me about my symptoms and any other reason for my visit. I told her that I need my IUD replaced and also asked how to determine where I was on the menopause train. She said that she would need to refer me to the OB-GYN side of the clinic for the IUD and asked if my periods are still regular. Since they are, I am not in perimenopause. No offer of blood testing or anything else to see what might be going on. Just full stop, you are not in perimenopause because your cycle is still normal. In order to address my symptoms, medications were offered as a fix and that was all. And after about 20 minutes I was done and out the door. I never got a referral for the OB-GYN, I had to call and make an appointment at a different office for that. And for that 30 minutes of time (with the nurse doing her vitals and the full conversation) I have to pay out of pocket almost $200, after what my insurance covered. An absolute waste of my time and money. Very disappointed and I won't return.

It was my initial visit with this provider. Came prepared with my old meds and wanted to make sure they were sent to my pharmacy. just two and they were hi cholesterol. she got only one of them and i was told i only told her of one. i asked about an x-ray of my knee and was told i could expect a call from the x-ray facility. after two follow -up calls, i still have not heard from them. i was also expecting to hear from her regarding the panel of bloodwork done in the physical. again, still waiting for a followup call.
