Negative experience
Had a negative visit and evaluation by this optometrist. I felt like I was not evaluated properly and did not receive the vision care and correction that I needed. Ended up with an insurance issue afterward due to the fact that this doctor's notes clarified my treatment during this visit as medical rather than vision, which I still think was inaccurate in my opinion and also was not in line with what the doctor verbalized to me during the evaluation, and I wish that was clarified ahead of time so I knew more of what to expect financially. If I knew ahead of time that this was going to be medical rather than vision I would have gone to a different place to make sure my insurance covered more of the cost. I was definitely unhappy with my visit and evaluation by this optometrist.
