She's more into making money than caring about her patients. She lacks giving you the feeling of sincerity. She wants you to schedule many sessions in advance and doesn't send out reminder or confirmation; however, you will sure get a bill the next day even if you mentioned to her in your session that you will be out of town but didn't explicitly cancel the appointment. Either she didn't care enough to listen to you or she just want to make money!
