Dr Koenig is a very thorough doctor.He was able to explain my back issues to me in a way that I could actually understand it, and actually cares about fixing the problem, instead of treating me like a customer, he actually was friendly and treated me like a human being and I appreciate that. Thank you!

The office is chaotic and communication with staff is difficult. My bill and my son’s bills were/are inaccurate. It took months to straighten mine out. My son’s bill is still inaccurate. I know we’re not the only patients with inaccurate billing statements or billing problems because I’ve witnessed other patients telling the front desk staff that their statement bill showed they owed PMO when they had paid in full. My son received a letter recently threatening to turn him over to collections and that that their office made every effort to contact him over the past year. However, this is the first time we’ve had any communication from PMO since the treatment over one year ago. Our insurance company stated PMO made claims for treatments and insurance paid the claims. Co-pays and any out of pocket expenses were made at the time of service. We have yet to hear back from Dr Koenig or his staff regarding my son’s bill or any response to letters we’ve sent.

He is a great and smart person and I think he loves to care for his clients and he dose cares

I have been seeing Dr Koenig for ten years. He’s awesome. Highly recommend!!
