One of the worst primary care physicians I've had. Appointments were always behind schedule, dismissive, and it was really difficult to contact her so I often had to go to her colleagues for work notes or help. I was in a serious car accident and she saw absolutely no need to send me to neurologist despite the fact I had involuntary face twitches and migraines 3x a week. When I told her I had been referred to someone outside of Kaiser because Kaiser doesn't have that specialist, she practically yelled at me on the phone, then when I went to respond she dismissively said "I'm putting YOU on hold." I almost hung up on her, I was so shocked, and that very week I changed my PCP. I had some decent experiences with her prior to that, but at the end she was flat out rude to me.

Doctor is fair. Very dismissive about symptoms and uncommunicative about speculations. I'm not a doctor and I don't know if a strange new thing that started happening to me in my 40s is a symptom or nothing, but this doctor made me want to keep my mouth shut. It shouldn't be that way. Almost no follow ups. Made time for me when I was in a hurry. Always reviewed my file. Pushed me along for labs or referrals. I usually had to wait in the waiting and exam rooms, but not excessively.
