Telehealth
It was my first time seeking a therapist and i failed the first one and it was hard for me to change and find another one. Brenda really did a great job putting my feelings into words. rephrasing my feelings in more clear way was 100% accurate. Brenda is also a very good listener and never once in my life i felt heard or understood. I get more clarification towards my frustrations and struggles. I would defenitely recommend Brenda to everyone that i know! specially those who are like me who find it hard to look for someone to trust with your burdens. Brenda is very caring and you could tell that, this is not just a job for brenda, it is her passion. Brenda has definitely a big heart. PS, SHE HAS THE SWEETEST AND LOVELY AND CALMING VOICEEEE.
