He’s amazing.
I went to Dr. Decker to be assessed for Autism at the age of 35 as an adult, lesbian, female. He was patient, kind, considerate, non-judgmental, LGBT safe and just an altogether sweet and caring man. His wife runs the front desk and was just as sweet. I can’t recommend them enough. My report was very thorough and scarily accurate. There were only a couple of very small factual errors in it. Overall, I would recommend him over anyone else. They made the experience so much more comfortable than I was expecting it to be.

He evaluated our daughter. He was patient and thorough. Our daughter enjoyed their sessions together. Thank you Dr. for helping us to understand our child better and explaining all of it well. Your suggestions have worked out well and we appreciate all the help.

Dr. Decker evaluated our son for "giftedness." He was patient and our son really had a positive experience. We were given a well written report with all of the findings and some helpful recommendations. Thank you Dr. Decker for helping us understand our son more and for helping us navigate potential challenges.
