Avoid BRETT MOORE at all costs. I was treated horribly in one of my recent dermatology visits and he was very rude. Didn't tell me anything that was going on and used a bunch of equipment that my insurance doesn't cover. The sad thing about these complaints is that these doctors (actually hes not even a real doctor so l don't know why he is at scripps) have no real consequences. Save yourself the hassle and go see a real doctor because this guy is not it and does not have the proper knowledge to do his real job

Ultra rushed visit, no compassion, no explanation of what he was doing or what the recovery would be. Treated areas I didn’t ask him to.

Terrible bedside manner. I cannot understand how this is man is working at Scripps. He made my child cry and felt no sense of compassion toward him.

Great service. Got me the treatment I needed and helped me through it.

Worst bedside manner I've ever seen!!! No, no, no...keep searching! I'm an RN and I know how patients should be treated. I scheduled with him because he was the only who could see me the soonest. I wanted him to do a thorough skin evaluation for me. Yikes!! As quickly as he "glanced" at my skin and told me to turn over this way, then that way, then this way like a rag doll, there is NO way he would have ever caught a skin problem if I had one. I was VERY, VERY disappointed. He also removed a mole for me, and didn't tell me what he was doing. When I thought he was just injecting the lidocaine, he had already removed it...in less than 20 seconds! SERIOUSLY! How unprofessional. Can't encourage you enough to find another...keep searching! I booked a REAL appointment to see a REAL dermatologist in January. Then I'll get a nice thorough exam like PA Brett Moore failed to do. Luckily the mole I had removed was small enough that he didn't cause an indented scar.

Excellent in all aspects of care, would recommend Brett to family and friends
