Dr. Brett Oxandale, OD

It has been 3 years since Dr. Oxandale told us that our 5 year old was only able to see out of one eye and prescribed glasses. At the time we did not know our 5 year old needed glasses, until Dr. Oxandale spent 2 hours with him. I am sure Tucks appt made him late for his other appointment and we are thankful that he does give his patients the time andcare they need. He still closely follows Tuck and now most of my extended family.

My doctor retired. On my first visit and exam I found Dr. to be just great. The whole place was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. He took plenty of time with the exam and answered all questions.

Dr. Oxandale provides a very thorough exam and takes the time to explain your conditions. In addition as I had purchased contacts earlier in the year, his staff verified my remaining benefits up front in order for me to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend Dr. Oxandale to someone looking for a provider.

Front desk staff was rude, nurse that ran some tests was rude, Dr. Oxandale was very rude. I almost walked out in the middle of my appointment. He changed my prescription and now the lenses give me a headache and give me the "fishbowl" affect. To compound the problem, they told me when I paid that I could pay with flex and then two weeks later it turns out they couldn't take my flex card. Coasting on the reputation of the previous Doc who was a great guy and always got me great glasses.

He provided me and my family with very a very thorough exam and was very knowledgeable about getting us fit into the best contacts and glasses for our needs. I thought his office had a good selection of glasses to choose from with reasonable pricing.

Dr. Oxandale and staff are great! Staff is very friendly and Dr. Oxandale gives a very thorough eye exam. I would highly recommend his services to family, friends and even strangers. If you are new to town and need an optometrist, consider his practice for life long eye health for you and family.

He was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all of my questions. He did not make me feel rushed or that I was just "another" patient. He really took time to understand all of my vision needs and provided the best solutions based upon my vision needs. His staff was very friendly. They helped me pick out the perfect eyeglass frame. I have had multiple comments about how great my glasses look!

Overall I have had excellent service from both the doctor and staff! I found Dr. Oxandale very easy to communicate with as well as personable! He answered all of my questions and concerns about my eye health and assured me that everything would get taken care of!

Very, very poor and frustrating experience. Had called for an appt for a simple eye exam and new prescription (was an existing customer under practice's former owner). Took extra care to make sure new staff had current insurance info', etc. Exam was billed (miss-billed?) as a medical procedure so insurance would not pay. No amount of questioning or attempting to rectify situation with the office staff met with any success. Customer service was abysmal - unfriendly, unresponsive. Never again
