Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff from the front office to the exam room. PA-Costello is an excellent dermatologist who does not rush through an exam or make you feel just like another number. He is a good listener and communicator. His demeanor makes you immediately feel at ease. Albuquerque is fortunate to have a clinician such as PA-Costello.

Saw PA Costello today. He was excellent! I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Albuquerque Dermatology Associates is the best clinic I've ever been to. The entire staff, from front desk, technicians and providers have all been top notch. I had a skin exam where I was concerned about several spots. PA Costello did an exam, and although the spots I was worried about were benign, he found another that I didn't even know was there, biopsied it and found it to be a Basal Cell Carcinoma. He referred me to Dr. Sky Connolly for Mohs Surgery with excellent results.

PA Costello is the best. I was seen on time and everything was very efficient. He has found and treated several skin cancers with excellent results.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Costello is not very good on simple procedures so I can imagine what kind of half job he does on a serious procedure. Also if you have a problem with this place there is NO ONE to complain to and get anything done. All they want to do is charge you more money for inadequate service provided by their facility. They tell you that you can speak to an office manager but yet that never happens. They have some secretary call you back just to tell yo

I visited the office for a skin rash. The doctor asked if I was okay with taking a skin sample and I said ok. It took no more than 2 minutes. Later the assistant told me it provided no useful info. The office sent me a bill for $219 saying insurance won't pay for "surgery". I called the office that I was never asked if I wanted a procedure that may cost me, but was told the doctor doesn't know billing policy but I am stuck with the bill. Not even willing to be reasonable or reduce the amount.

Horrible. Could have cared less. Skin check was a joke. Didn't listen. No bedside manner at all. I will never, ever, go back.

Doesn't listen. Insisted on prescribing a medication I had an reaction too after I was advised by pharmacy not to take it with my symptoms.No compassion for my problem. Useless waste of my time and hard earned money!!
