Brian shared at a high level about my surgery, what rehab plan will be, guidance on possibility of second surgery on other shoulder, advised on new sling and what tasks I’m medically cleared to do etc. Didn’t rush out the door until all my questions were answered. Very helpful and soothing.

Brian was at my shoulder replacement surgery recovery bedside at the hospital very promptly and provided a summary of all that was performed. He was diligent in making sure he answered all my questions and made it clear what his role was in the recovery and rehab process.
