I felt that it took this Dr awhile to hear what I was saying about my Injuries then to finally address them both properly . He was not as gentle as he could be during examination/palpitations of my injuries.

The wait time was horrendous, dr Lloyd was personable but after waiting an hour then getting an X-ray, my 5 minutes with him was not satisfactory.

The provider (ARNP) was kind and listened, and seemed knowledgeable about and proficient in the injection he suggested and then administered. He did not discuss the X-rays or the healing of the fracture, and I forgot to ask, but was able to access the surgeon's assessment of them on line later in the day. There was a minor discrepancy between our conversation about aftercare and the written appointment summary provided.
