He’s there for him not you
I couldn’t put my finger on it but my session was more about him. I left with a very unsettled feeling and was more confused than before.

Not my cup of tea.........
He complained about how much my insurance reimbursed him. Found him to be somewhat irritable and hostile at times. Some of the things he said to me amounted to the equivalent of "gas-lighting." Not at all a good therapeutic experience. Maybe he didn't like my conservative values and beliefs on certain "hot-button topics." He was always on time for appointments. Never a long wait in the waiting room. Willing to do telemedicine. You'd be better off doing yoga for therapy.

Arrogant
He’s probably the worst therapist I’ve ever been to. He had no therapy goals and just sits there and we talked in circles and accomplished nothing! He thinks very highly of himself and is kinda a intellectual snob, was a waste of time! Plus he was super expensive and he’s much more expensive than other therapists, Choose someone else. I regret going to see him! Pointless.
