She's the best very professional, cares about her patience qualities of life and health. I have yet to meet someone that can equal her care and staff. I highly recommend her.

Professional, responsive, kind

I hadn’t been feeling well for about 18 months and she wouldn’t take me seriously or listen to my concerns. Now I have stage 3 cancer and partially blame her. I can’t get another PC because of our messed up medical system. I strongly recommend you not see her if you want good care.

I am so disappointed in her care of my father in law. She has not been responsible in her care of him during Covid . She did not encourage him to be vaccinated but when he needed actual help she didn’t do a thing. She had a visit with him after he was in the hospital for almost two months and after five minutes of a very superficial examination decided he was safe to go home . She has no idea about his mental care or his home environment and her advice was against everything his children have observed. Nurse practitioners are usually more responsible than this.

Absolutely the best that I've been to, including doctors. She is kind, caring, and extremely efficient, and well educated.

She may be smart but likes to be in control. She doesn't want to hear what I want for my care. The website says Lane Co. is your team for healthcare. She's not a team player.

I've been in to see her twice in the last 4 years, both times she seemed competent, caring & knowledgeable.

She doesn't listen. She knows more about my body than I do. She is a control freak who has to be right. I'm looking to replace here as my pcp, but until then I avoid her like the plague. (She even had the nerve to belittle a specialist that I see regularly.) She's just not fit to serve the public at this level.

She is providing me the best care I have ever received. And at over 60, I have seen a lot of docs. She really listens to the patient and follows up very well. I would highly recommend her for general healthcare.

NP Axline is great—caring, extremely well informed, thorough, candid. When I have been ill, she has personally or through her nurse followed up on my care—weekends & evenings if necessary. I have a serious and rare disease & considered early on changing my primary care to an internal medicine MD. I am so happy I remained with “Doc Ax”. She is my quarterback, and works with me to ensure I get the overall care & treatment to remain healthy and active & independent as possible for me.

She listens and explains your health issue. A pationate, caring health practitioner. Better than any general practitioner I’ve ever been treated by.

After seeing other doctors for years and complaining about the same things, she was the first one to figure out that I could have cancer, and she was absolutely right. She may have saved my life!

This young woman is, sadly, not qualified to practice medicine. I had an early morning appointment with her (first encounter), for which she arrived an hour late, with no explanation. In addition, I didn't even recognize her from her picture, because the young woman who showed-up before me looked to be heavily intoxicated. She couldn't keep her eyes open or head level during the visit, she became so agitated, that the visit ended early, my being left without prescriptions for my Asthma meds.

She listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. She spent a good amount of time explaining things to me and asking relevant questions. My appointment was at the Delta Oaks Clinic and the wait time was short before being taken back and also once in the room. I only give four stars instead of five because this was my first appointment with her, but so far so good. She seems to be a thorough, competent and caring provider.

Horrible experience! She absolutely did NOT listen to anything I had to say or questions I had tried several times to ask after waiting for over an hour! I was interrupted and briskly rushed out the door. It's an awful feeling to be made out as an inconvenience as though she has something more pressing to attend to. Also after a phone call to request medication to get me through until a scheduled surgery and told to take Tylenol I should have gone through with the emergency surgery option!!!!
