I have been very satisfied with the eye care provided by Dr. Shelton and the staff. The office is clean. I've never waited long to be seen and I do not feel rushed. It's always a pleasant experience.

Very thorough exam, staff were very friendly, and optical person was very helpful. Received glasses and contacts order quickly. Would recommend to others.

I have visited Dr. Shelton and her staff many times and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. I am greeted with smiles and kindness from her staff upon every visit. Dr. Shelton is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, yet she still shows genuine compassion for her patients; exactly what I want and expect from a small town doctor. I have recommended PVC to family and friends, and they have all been very impressed. I give PVC 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

I recently moved to the area and my son needed an eye exam over college break. I almost didn't bring him to Dr. Shelton because of the reviews. I was running out of time though and decided to bring him there. I'm so glad I did!!! Everyone, yes everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Shelton is very knowledgeable. My son battled Lyme disease when he was younger and she knew exactly how to look for signs of lyme in his eyes. So happy with our experience! Got glasses right there too!

Professional vision center is not professional at all! Although Dr Shelton was very nice and very thorough, her staff is rude, ill-kempt, and not service-minded AT ALL. I lost a contact was in desperate need of a replacement. The staff told me they were booked through till February and could not work me in or fit me in under any circumstances. Because it had been more than a year they could not give me every placement without a thorough exam (the law). Never going back.
