Briana Yarber, at the NC Center for Resiliency, has helped me immeasurably. I’ve been seeing her for over eight months. She has helped me set healthy boundaries with my family, find self worth after many years struggling with weight issues and abuse from past romantic relationships, and has provided me with tools that have led me to make healthier choices . I have struggled my entire life with trying to find my own independence and confidence. Since I’ve been seeing Briana for therapy she has helped me to establish boundaries and healthy relationships with my family; I have become comfortable with dating again; and I have found employment and earned a promotion. I would not be in the good place I am in my life without her guidance. I am thankful now every day for how she has helped me live the life I’ve always wanted.
