Best NP ever!

I have been seeing Dr. Rund for a few years now. She always goes the extra mile to help me sort out my health problems. She was instrumental in finally having a diagnosis of autoimmune diseases for chronic, debilitating symptoms that I have had for years. Because of her help, I am getting effective treatment and feel so much better. Bridget also is very personable. I look forward to going to see her. I know she will listen and treat me with respect. We also laugh about things and I can honestly say I have never had a physician that has been so human. I hope I never have to look for another PCP. I really don’t know what I would do without Bridget RundNP.

Bridget is the best of the best. She is thorough and kind and truly she truly cares.

If you truly care about your physical and mental health, then you should do yourself a favor and steer clear of Bridget and her very rude front desk staff!!! (Her nurses are great, though) Bridget was once a nice and caring NP, but as her practice grew she devolved into a very incompassionate "professional" She never has enough time to listen to you and answer your questions. She has no problem cutting you off and shooing you out of her office in mid-sentence, leaving you confused and feeling like the reason for your visit wasn't even remotely addressed. She has zero empathy, much less any sympathy for mental health issues. She is very judgemental and will treat you as though you're a cretin. She will talk badly about other patients to her staff to where you're able to hear her easily. I have plenty more complaints, but there is not enough space. I would not send my cat to this woman. Save your sanity and physical well-being and go somewhere else!
