Brigitta was very helpful to me. I was dealing with many food sensitivities and digestive issues as well as depression. It has been one year since I started working with Brigitta and I am feeling so much better. Through her guidance my digestive issues have greatly improved and I am managing the food sensitivities well. I lost 40 pounds and I am now at a healthy weight. The best thing is I no longer am depressed. I feel great and Brigitta had a lot to do with me getting to where I am today!
