Very rude and uncaring. Will refuse to do labs
I can’t get into a primary doctor 9 months so I was advised to go to urgent care to have a lab work up. I called the urgent care ahead of time to see if they do labs. They stated that they do but have to send it off for testing. When I was seen at the urgent care the doctor Brittani, stated that they don’t do labs there and (seeming annoyed) abruptly walked out of the room. She never came back into the room, nor did anybody else. She refused care and didn’t talk to me about what was going on or offer any solutions. She put in my chart that she spoke with me about fatigue, weakness, and going to the hospital but she didn’t talk to me about any of these things. She just exited the room mid sentence. I would not recommend care from her.
